Congress won and BJP lost. Why? Nobody knows. There's little to choose between the two anyway. Unless we get rid of this VIP culture in which the politicians and the breaucrats behave like the British of yore, there is little hope for the country. As it is it is only a licence to loot for the VIPs and to take the money to Swiss Banks for 5 years. God save the country!
